Smith South Plains Becomes the First Dealership in Texas to Earn the WomenCertified Seal
WomenCertified© has announced that the sales and service staff of Smith South Plains dealerships in Levelland and Slaton, Texas have completed the WomenCertified© training and certification program and have received the WomenCertified© Seal for providing an extraordinary level of service to women.
With the goal of creating women friendly companies and buying experiences, WomenCertified© is designed to teach sales and service professionals how to deliver better customer service, tailored especially for the highly influential female customer.
