Smith South Plains Becomes the First Dealership in Texas to Earn the WomanCertified® Seal

WomenCertified® has announced that the sales and service staff of Smith South Plains dealerships in Levelland and Slaton, Texas, have completed the WomenCertified training and certification program and have received the WomenCertified Seal for providing an extraordinary level of service to women.

With the goal of creating women friendly companies and buying experiences, WomenCertified is designed to teach sales and service professionals how to deliver better customer service, tailored especially for the highly influential female customer.

To become WomenCertified, 70% of a company’s customer-facing staff must complete a series of training modules and testing to learn the communication and customer service skills proven to be the most effective and desirable among women customers. 100% of Smith South Plains employees have completed the necessary training.
